Recognizing changes in behavior, mood, or social withdrawal can help you support your friends. Be there for each other!
Provide Resources
Offer access to mental health resources, hotlines, and support groups specifically tailored for men.
Encourage them to get help
Encourage your loved ones to seek help when they need it and normalize the idea that it's okay to ask for support.
